Teaching Approach

Classes are kept small and friendly to ensure each student receives individual attention and guidance. This allows time to support every learner on a one-to-one basis, responding to their needs and pace.

The teaching approach is tailored to each student’s interests, encouraging them to grow in the direction that feels most natural to them. Rather than imposing a fixed style, the focus is on supporting students in developing their own artistic voice and personal expression.

Students are introduced to a range of materials, including watercolour, oil, and acrylic, while building a strong understanding of composition, colour, and form. Through different techniques—such as brushwork and palette knife—students are guided to express their ideas and emotions in their own way.

The aim is to support each artist in creating original work, rooted in their own interests, style, and creative journey.

Who Are These Classes For?

These classes are open to adult learners of all levels, from complete beginners to more experienced painters.

Currently, sessions are offered for women, creating a comfortable and supportive space for female students.

They are ideal for anyone looking to develop their creative skills in a calm and welcoming environment—whether for personal growth, creative exploration, or simply to enjoy the process of making art.

The classes can also offer a gentle, mindful space for those seeking relaxation and a sense of balance through creativity.
