Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

- Customers may return paintings within 14 days of receipt if they are not satisfied with their purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, the painting must be in the original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or commissioned artworks are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Return Process  
- To initiate a return, customers must contact us at [shadi@shadishokoohi.com] within 14 days of receiving the painting.
- Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the painting.

4. Shipping Costs 
- Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

5. Refund Processing
- Once the returned painting is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

 

6. Damaged or Defective Items  
- If your painting arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.

7. Changes to This Policy  
- We reserve the right to update or change our refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
